The full list

Every service, in plain language.

01 · Lawn

Power Raking

Mechanical thatch removal that pulls the dead layer between grass and soil. Once that layer is gone, water, air, and fertilizer reach the root zone. Best done once a year — late spring or early fall. You'll see the difference the same week.

02 · Lawn

Core Aerating

A walk-behind aerator pulls small soil cores out of the lawn, loosening compaction and giving the root system room to spread. The cores break down naturally over a week or two. Pairs well with overseeding if the lawn is thin.

03 · Beds

Mulch Installation

Bulk hardwood, cedar, or dyed mulch delivered and spread at 2–3 inches — the depth that actually suppresses weeds and holds moisture.

04 · Turf

Sod Removal & Installation

Strip the old turf, grade the soil, lay fresh sod tight. Walking on it next week, mowing in two. We handle removal and install in the same visit.

05 · Plants

Shrub Trimming

Hand-finished cuts that respect the shape of the shrub. We clean up clippings, haul debris, and leave the bed raked.

06 · Trees

Small Tree Removal & Cutting

Safe removal of small trees (typically under 30 feet) — section-by-section lowering, stump cut to grade, full haul-off included.

07 · Beds

Flower Bed Cleaning

We pull weeds by the root, edge the bed to a clean line, cut back the perennials that need it, and remove debris. If you want fresh mulch on top of the cleanup, we can do that the same visit. The result: beds that look like they were planted last week, not beds that have been ignored since 2019.

08 · Cleaning

Pressure Power Washing

Driveways, walks, patios, decks, siding. Hot or cold depending on the surface. We bring our own water if needed.

09 · Soil

Top Soil

New screened top soil delivered, spread, and leveled where the lawn needs it — low spots, bare patches, or as a base for sod. We don't pad the bill with soil you don't need.

10 · Hardscape

Custom Retaining Walls

Block, natural stone, or timber — built to fix the slope, hold the soil, and look like the yard was always meant to have it. We dig, set base, level, and backfill properly.

How it works

Three questions, then we quote.

No 20-minute intake call. Send us the basics, we send back a number.

Step 01

HOW LONG IS YOUR GRASS?

Lot size, grass height, current condition. A few measurements or a photo from your phone is enough.

Step 02

ADDITIONAL SERVICES?

Tree work, beds, mulch, sod, retaining wall, pressure washing — pick what the property actually needs, not the upsell.

Step 03

CONFIRM ORDER

We send a written quote. You confirm. We show up on the scheduled day with the right equipment.
